GUIDELINES

a). FILM SHOOTINGS: 100% advance would be taken at the time of booking itself.

b). WEDDING/PRIVATE LUNCH OR DINNER FUNCTION:

• 10% of the total expected billing amount with taxes for guaranteed number of persons will be taken for confirmation of Banquet space.

• 50% of the total expected billing amount with taxes for guaranteed number of persons would be taken at least ten days before the date of function.

• 100% of the total amount with taxes for guaranteed number of persons would be taken at least three days before the function.

• Full payment for the total bill pertaining to Food & Beverage services and misc. billing would be taken immediately after the function before guest departs.

c). EXHIBITIONS:

• 10% of the total rental to be charged at the time of booking.

• 100% advance would be taken seven days prior to the exhibition.

e). CANCELLATION:

In case of cancellation of any Banquet Bookings, Wedding & Receptions, the following would be followed: -

1). Two months prior to the booking date, the advance deposited will be refunded in full.

2). 1-2 months prior to the date of the function, 50% of the advance money deposited will be deducted.

3). Less than one month from the function date, no refund will be made and advances deposited will be regularized as retention charges.
